Please read these terms carefully before using this website or placing an order. They govern your access to Voxiom Labs and your purchase of research materials from us.

By accessing this website or placing an order with Voxiom Labs ("Voxiom", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use this website and do not place an order.

2. Eligibility and Researcher Status
Access to our products is limited to qualified researchers, laboratory professionals, and organisations engaged in legitimate scientific research. By placing an order you represent and warrant that:

- —You possess the technical competence and facilities to handle, store and dispose of research chemicals safely;

We may request verification of research credentials or institutional affiliation at any time. We reserve the right to approve, refuse or cancel any order or account at our sole discretion.
3. Products and Intended Use
All materials sold by Voxiom Labs are supplied for laboratory research use only. None of our products, and none of the statements on this website, have been evaluated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration. By purchasing, you acknowledge and agree that:

- —Scientific literature referenced on this website is provided for context only and is not a claim by Voxiom Labs about any product.
4. Account Registration
You may create an account to place orders and track shipments. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity occurring under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it current, and to notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.
5. Orders, Pricing and Payment
All orders are offers to purchase and are subject to our acceptance. We may refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected misuse, pricing or listing errors, or inability to verify the information you provide.
- —You agree to pay all charges at the prices in effect when the order is placed;
- —You authorise us to charge your selected payment method for the full order total;
- —Prices, product availability and specifications may change without notice;
- —Where an order is cancelled by us after payment, the amount charged for that order is refunded.
6. Shipping and Delivery
Delivery estimates are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Risk of loss and title pass to you upon delivery of the materials to the carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs authorities, weather, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Full details are set out in our Shipping Policy.
7. Returns and Refunds
Our returns terms are set out in full in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms. In summary: because we cannot verify storage conditions once materials leave our facility, we do not accept returns for change of mind or dissatisfaction. Verified transit damage, incorrect items and confirmed lost shipments are addressed under that policy. Reconstituted or opened materials are not eligible.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, product photography, page structure and software, is the property of Voxiom Labs or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property law. You may not reproduce, distribute, republish or create derivative works from this content without our prior written permission.
9. Prohibited Conduct
You agree that you will not:
- —Use this website or our products for any unlawful purpose;
- —Misrepresent your identity, credentials, or institutional affiliation;
- —Resell, redistribute or repackage our products without our prior written authorisation;
- —Use any product in a manner inconsistent with its stated research purpose;
- —Solicit, discuss, request or provide human or animal dosing information in relation to any product purchased from Voxiom Labs, whether through our website, our support channels, social media, or any other means;
- —Market, label, describe or represent any product purchased from Voxiom Labs as suitable for human consumption, therapeutic use, or veterinary application;
- —Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of this website, or interfere with its operation;
- —Use automated means to scrape, harvest or copy content from this website.
Violation of the prohibitions on dosing discussion or human-use representation may result in immediate cancellation of pending orders, termination of your account, and a permanent ban from Voxiom Labs, at our sole discretion.
10. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account and refuse any current or future use of this website at any time, at our sole discretion, including for violation of these Terms, suspected misuse of products, failure to provide satisfactory verification of research credentials on request, or any conduct we reasonably determine to be harmful to our business, our other customers, or the lawful operation of our services. Termination does not relieve you of obligations that by their nature survive, including Sections 11 to 15.
11. Assumption of Risk
YOU EXPRESSLY ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT YOUR PURCHASE, POSSESSION, HANDLING, STORAGE, USE AND DISPOSAL OF ANY MATERIAL SUPPLIED BY VOXIOM LABS IS AT YOUR SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE RISK. VOXIOM LABS SUPPLIES RESEARCH CHEMICALS INTENDED SOLELY FOR IN-VITRO LABORATORY USE. BY PURCHASING ANY PRODUCT YOU VOLUNTARILY ASSUME ALL RISKS ASSOCIATED WITH IT, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION RISKS ARISING FROM IMPROPER STORAGE, HANDLING, CONTAMINATION, DEGRADATION, MISIDENTIFICATION, MISUSE, OR ANY APPLICATION OF THE MATERIAL TO ANY HUMAN OR ANIMAL. YOU WAIVE ALL CLAIMS AGAINST VOXIOM LABS ARISING FROM SUCH USE OR MISUSE TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
12. Disclaimer of Warranties
THIS WEBSITE AND ALL PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, VOXIOM LABS DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE MAKE NO WARRANTY THAT: (A) ANY PRODUCT WILL MEET YOUR RESEARCH REQUIREMENTS OR PRODUCE ANY PARTICULAR RESULT; (B) PRODUCT PURITY OR COMPOSITION WILL REMAIN UNCHANGED AFTER DELIVERY; (C) ANY INFORMATION, SPECIFICATION OR SCIENTIFIC REFERENCE ON THIS WEBSITE IS COMPLETE, ACCURATE OR CURRENT; OR (D) THIS WEBSITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE. A CERTIFICATE OF ANALYSIS REFLECTS TESTING RESULTS FOR A SPECIFIC BATCH AT THE TIME OF ANALYSIS AND IS NOT A WARRANTY OF FITNESS FOR ANY APPLICATION.
13. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, VOXIOM LABS AND ITS OWNERS, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THIS WEBSITE OR ANY PRODUCT, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION DAMAGES FOR PERSONAL INJURY, ILLNESS, DEATH, PROPERTY DAMAGE, LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION. OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING UNDER OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SPECIFIC PRODUCT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM. 14. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Voxiom Labs and its owners, officers, directors, employees and agents from and against any and all claims, demands, actions, proceedings, damages, losses, liabilities, judgments, settlements, fines, penalties, costs and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to:
- —Your use, misuse, handling or storage of any product, including any personal injury, illness, death or property damage resulting from the administration or application of a product to any human or animal;
- —Any statement, claim, representation or advice you make to any third party regarding a Voxiom Labs product, including any health claim or dosing information;
- —Any advertising, marketing, resale or promotional content you create referencing our products;
- —Your breach of these Terms or of any applicable law or regulation;
- —Any regulatory or enforcement action brought against Voxiom Labs as a result of your acts, omissions or statements.
This indemnification survives termination of your account and of these Terms.
15. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State in which Voxiom Labs maintains its principal place of business, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts serving that location, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, that provision shall be limited or severed to the minimum extent necessary and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force.
16. Changes to These Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. Changes take effect when posted to this page, and the "last updated" date above will be revised. Your continued use of this website or placement of further orders after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
