Refund Policy
1. All Sales Are Final
Due to the sensitive nature of research compounds and our strict quality control protocols, all sales are final. We cannot accept returns or exchanges once a product has left our facility, as we cannot guarantee the storage conditions or integrity of the compound once it is out of our control.
2. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged item or an incorrect product, you must contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery. Please provide your order number and photographic evidence of the damage or incorrect item. Upon verification, we will issue a replacement at no additional cost to you.
3. Lost Packages
If your package is lost in transit and the carrier confirms it is lost, we will issue a replacement. However, if the tracking information shows the package was delivered to the address provided at checkout, Voxiom is not responsible for stolen or misplaced packages.
4. Cancellations
Orders can only be canceled if they have not yet been processed or shipped. Once an order has entered the fulfillment process or a tracking number has been generated, it cannot be canceled.
