We answer messages within one business day. Include your order number if your question is about an existing order — it saves a round trip.

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days, and standard shipping within the United States typically takes a further 3-5. Expedited options are available at checkout. Once it has shipped you can follow it on the Track Order page using your order number and the email address you ordered with.

Contact support within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photograph of the vial and its label. Because of the nature of research compounds, and to protect the integrity of our supply chain, we do not accept returns — so that window is how a damaged or incorrect shipment gets put right.

We publish certificates of analysis for tested batches on our Lab Results page, and our purity guarantee is 99.6% minimum. Where a certificate is not shown for a particular batch, contact support with the batch number printed on your vial and we will provide the documentation we hold for it.

Laboratories, distributors and research organisations can apply through our Partner page. We review every application individually and may request verification of research credentials or institutional affiliation before approving an account.

No. We supply materials and the documentation that goes with them, and cannot advise on selection, handling or use. Every product page carries the specification and the published literature we hold for that compound, so you can assess it against your own protocol.

Currently we only ship within the United States. We are working on expanding our shipping capabilities in the future.
